Jami Sefiane

Jami Sefiane is the Director of Student Support Services at Sekolah Pelita Harapan in Indonesia, where she provides leadership for student support services across five campuses, including Learning Support, English as an Additional Language, and Social-Emotional Learning. With nearly 30 years in education, Jami has spent the past 16 years working in international schools and the past eight years in leadership focused on developing inclusive, multi-tiered systems of support. She began her career as a teacher of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students and holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Western Oregon University. Jami is passionate about building inclusive school communities, strengthening systems that support diverse learners, and creating opportunities for educators to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another.
