Cindy Warner-Dobrowski

Cindy Warner-Dobrowski is the Director of Student Services at the International School of Kuala Lumpur. Cindy is a School Psychologist by training, with nine years of experience PreK-Grade 12. She has a special interest in crisis response and recovery, and systems-level change. Cindy was a School Psychologist in Hawaii and at International School Bangkok before becoming the first Director of Student Services at ISB in 2013. At ISB Cindy led the development of structures to support students with moderate and intensive learning needs, including the launch of ISB's Intensive Learning Needs program. Cindy has contributed to the Next Frontier Inclusion Leading the Way publications about using data-driven decisions to support learning, identifying English Language Learners with learning needs, and serving gifted learners in international schools.
