About the event
ISLES Collaborative Presents: AI & Student Support – Exploring LUDIA through the Lens of UDL
Join the International Leaders of Educational Support (ISLES) Collaborative on Thursday, April 24th at 7pm SGT for a dynamic professional learning event focused on the evolving role of artificial intelligence in student support.
We’ll begin by reviewing the updated paper GenAI and Neurodiversity, a joint publication by NFI & ISLES, which thoughtfully examines both the hopes and cautions surrounding the use of generative AI in educational settings.
From there, Beth Stark and Jérémie Rostan, co-creators of LUDIA, will introduce participants to their AI tool designed to reduce learning barriers through the lens of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Participants will select a personalized learning pathway—focusing on co-teaching, adapting content, or modifying lessons—to explore how LUDIA can support inclusive planning and practice.
Please note: ISLES does not officially endorse any AI product. This workshop offers an opportunity to explore and critically…
