There are more than 15,000 international schools worldwide, serving over 7.1 million students, yet there are zero shared standards for the inclusion of neurodivergent and disabled students. The SENIA Disability Inclusion Standards are designed to change that. In this interactive session, participants will explore the five domains of the Standards and discover how a shared framework can bring clarity, consistency, and accountability to inclusive practice. Participants will also engage with the self-assessment process to celebrate current strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and consider practical next steps toward creating school communities where every learner belongs and thrives.
